Carol Westberry, SPHR
CEO/President
Carol is a Senior Human Resources Consultant and President of The Westberry Group, Inc., a full service human resources consulting group providing client companies with human resource solutions and business strategies. Carol has been an active Human Resources professional for more than twenty years.

Prior to starting her own Human Resources Consulting firm, she focused her professional energies in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. Her experience includes Director of HR / Client Services / Benefits- PEP, Regional Human Resources Director - ADP/TotalSource, Vice President of Human Resources - TeamStaff Companies (currently Gevity) and Director of Human Resources - Payroll Transfers (currently Gevity). Prior to entering the PEO industry, Carol served in progressively responsible human resources management positions in the manufacturing, technology, and the hospitality industries.

Carol is an accomplished presenter and facilitator. She has designed and delivered numerous Human Resource focused workshops and is a featured speaker at Annual Conferences and Conventions. Carol is on the faculty for the national training firm, Lorman Education Services. Carol's article "Counseling - An Opportunity to Improve",(based on the workshop of the same name) has recently been featured in a national news magazine.

Carol is a graduate of Patricia Stevens College for Women and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Carol is an active member of Society for Human Resources Management.
